Our mission at Northwest Community Care (NWCC) is to provide compassionate support to individuals and families in need of assistance.
NWCC is a 100% volunteer-based 501(c) (3) non-profit organization that gives back to the community through it’s diverse and valuable services.
Our services aim to empower the individuals and families to lead fulfilling lives while promoting equality.
We are committed to building strong partnerships with other organizations and stakeholders to address challenges facing our communities.
